Luxury Planning Package

This package is perfect for couples who are looking to hand over the Wedding planning experience to a Wedding Professional. From our first planning meeting until the Day of your Wedding, we will ensure you have an enjoyable experience. We create a professional, seamless Timeline, create a floorplan, design layout, connect and assist with Vendor recommendations and booking reflective of your vision and personality, and of course, be there day of to ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Partial Planning Package

Starting at $4,500

You just got engaged, congratulations, and you know you need to start planning but you're not sure where to start. Our Partial Planning Package is perfect for couples who want to be involved in their Wedding Planning process but need guidance to ensure their investment is secured. We will help with Vendor recommendations based on your vision, personality, and budget, create a professional and seamless Timeline, and straightforward Floorplan, design layout for your decorations, connect with Vendors on final details, and be there the day of to ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Event Coordination Package

Starting at $2,500

Our Event Coordination Package is for couples who have already put in the time securing vendors, making plans for timeline but need assistance with the final stages of planning. This package starts no later than 6 weeks out from your Wedding Date. We create a professional and seamless Timeline and straightforward Floorplan, design layout for your decorations, connect with Vendors on final details and be there day of to ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Wedding Day Package

Starting at $950

Our Wedding Day package provides up to 12 hours of professional on-site support to ensure your wedding day runs smoothly from start to finish. We handle final setup details, coordinate and manage all vendors, oversee the timeline, and keep everything on track so you can stay fully present and stress-free. At the end of the evening, we manage event breakdown and ensure all personal items and rentals are properly handled. Hourly Consultation

Travel Expenses

$0.80 Per Mile

Travel is not included in package pricing. The travel starting location is based on our Planners main location. It's $.80 per mile and anything over 2 hour will be an additional $100 charge for long-distance travel. Overnight accommodations may be added depending on the circumstance.

Rentals

Custom Pricing

We want to make sure your Wedding planning is straightforward forward so we have added Rentals for your convenience! Charger plates, table runners, table numbers, hurricane vases, tapered candlesticks, votive candles, tapered candles, floating candles, pillar candles, easels, etc.

Off-Season Weddings

10% Off

Weddings in January through April will receive 10% off package rate. This does not include travel fees, Atwater Packages, and can not be combined with any other offers.
