Our Event Coordination Package is for couples who have already put in the time securing vendors, making plans for timeline but need assistance with the final stages of planning. This package starts 6 weeks out from your Wedding Date. We create a professional and seamless Timeline and straightforward Floorplan, design layout for your decorations, connect with Vendors on final details and be there day of to ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Our Wedding Day package provides up to 10 hours of professional on-site support to ensure your wedding day runs smoothly from start to finish. We handle final setup details, coordinate and manage all vendors, oversee the timeline, and keep everything on track so you can stay fully present and stress-free. At the end of the evening, we manage event breakdown and ensure all personal items and rentals are properly handled. Custom Pricing 

Travel is not included in package pricing. The travel starting location is based on our Planners main location. It's $1 per mile and anything over 1.5 hour will be an additional $100 charge for long-distance for every hour over. Overnight accommodations we be required for 3hrs + one way. ​
