Our Event Coordination Package is for couples who have already put in the time securing vendors, making plans for timeline but need assistance with the final stages of planning. This package starts no later than 6 weeks out from your Wedding Date. We create a professional and seamless Timeline and straightforward Floorplan, design layout for your decorations, connect with Vendors on final details and be there day of to ensure everything runs smoothl from start to finish. Travel is not included in package pricing. The travel starting location is based on our Main Office in Canandaigua, NY. It's $.80 per mile and anything over 1 hour will be an additional $100 charge for long-distance travel. ​​
